The PATTS Student Council (PSC) is the highest governing student body of PATTS College of Aeronautics. The organization was established in 1983 and has been serving PATTSeans for 39 years. More than bridging the way between the administration and the student body, it also upholds its mission to serve its constituents to the best of its ability while amplifying the core values mandated by the institution.

We, the students of PATTS College of Aeronautics, imploring the aid of the Divine Providence recognizing our inherent right to pursue a democratic, autonomous, and a representative Student Council that will unite the whole PATTS Student Body, to promote, protect and preserve our dignity and interest, and define our responsibilities as responsible citizens of this society, in order to instill national awareness, do hereby and inherently promulgate this Constitution.
