ZOOM FOR RENT is a service of the PATTS Student Council for the students who require a video communication platform for their recording and groupings for their academic needs and for the organizations who need zoom meetings to conduct their event.
STEP 1. REGISTER
Hey there PATTSean! You must fill out all the following information and requirements first through this Google form!
STEP 2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Please wait for the response of the PATTS Student Council for acknowledgment of the request to be sent in your PATTS email.
If the requested date is available, you will receive a confirmation and will be proceeding with the payment process.
If the requested date is not available, you will receive a new Google form for rescheduling of the date.
STEP 2.1
Please fill out this on-hold-application form of the Zoom for Rent Services of the PATTS Student Council to reschedule your requested date.
STEP 3. ZOOM LINK
After settling the payment procedure and all the requirements are met, please wait for the final response of PATTS Student Council where you will receive the link for your Zoom Meetings through our Zoom for Rent Service.
FOR RESCHEDULING:
In any circumstances that you have changed your mind PATTSean, but have already reserved a date and wishes to reschedule it for some reasons:
The date can only be rescheduled 72 hours before the reserved date.
Failure to reschedule the reserved date within the given time will result in forfeiting of the reservation without refund.
A reserved date can be only rescheduled once, an additional 20 PHP will be added for another request of rescheduling.
FOR CANCELLATION:
In any circumstances you want to cancel the reservation, the reserved date can only be canceled 1 week after scheduling the reserved date.
