The PATTS Senior High Council (PSHC) is a significant league of student leaders who were elected by the population to serve their purpose as a governing body working together within a structure of bylaws, in order to provide assistance and serviceability to the institution. It seeks and induces ways and means to fabricate a system to strengthen its ability to protect the rights and welfare of the students, and ensures that every PATTSean’s views and concerns will be recognized.

The Contrails Yearbook Publication is the official yearbook publication of PATTS College of Aeronautics. This yearbook contains the most momentous and touching periods of the students’ lives especially the graduating batch of every school year.

The PATTS Corps of Cadets is an organization that aims to train students from both the Basic and Advance ROTC programs to produce a built, confident, and standard reserve force that is prepared to aid in times of need. and stays true to its core values: ""to serve, to lead, and to inspire."

This organization aims to strengthen and improve student engagement through voluntary involvement in the College’s Community Extension Services. It promotes the application of their academic program as an extension for the knowledge they acquired fromclassroom discussions. This organization also coordinates with other socio-civic organizations, equivalent community involvement organizations of different schools, various government units and non-governmental organizations to share practices and to strengthen understanding for community engagement, organizing, and development.

ATO helps the students of the Aircraft Technician Course to enhance and strengthen the intellectual, physical, and emotional being of every member of the organization and to develop integrity and discipline among its members.

ABASOC is a recognized organization by PATTS College of Aeronautics, which aims to provide skilled airline accountants and managers for employment by airline companies, travel agencies, air cargo and freight operators, and other airline-related businesses. It is geared to provide a well-rounded knowledge in management and accounting.

The Guild of Air Transportation Students of PATTS College of Aeronautics was founded on June 1, 1996. This course organization encourages students who intend to develop their knowledge in modern economics of air transportation, airline operations, and air carriers’ market behaviors.

PATTS Avionics Society (PAVIOS) is the official association for PATTS students pursuing a bachelor's degree in avionics technology (BS AvTech). The society's major objective is to bring together Avionics Department students, to assist them in their quest of knowledge in their chosen profession, to enhance their abilities, and to demonstrate their potential as future leaders of our country.

The Society of PATTS Industrial Engineering Students (SPIES), a duly recognized student organization of the college was founded in 2010, which is devoted to serving the needs of Industrial Engineering students. With the battle cry of EXCELLENCE in the academe, it envisions to be a recognized focal point of all Industrial Engineering agenda in PATTS College of Aeronautics and eventually to other institutions as well. The organization also organized extension services, team building activities and other projects that aim to develop the Industrial Engineering students holistically. Society of PATTS Industrial Engineering Students is an accredited chapter of the Operations Research Society of the Philippines and the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers.

PATTS Achievers League (PAL) is an elite organization mandated to help the students in honing the talents and skills not just only in the academic field.

PDC is the official dance organization of PATTS College of Aeronautics which nurtures and hone the talent of the PATTSeans particularly in dancing.

PATTS Debaters Club is an official recognized non-course student organization open to all bonafide students of PATTS College of Aeronautics. It aims for the students to generate effective critical thinking into primary issues in the given topic.

PATTS Vocal Harmony also known as PVH was established in 2016. It is an organization formed under a common bond: music. It fosters every PATTSean with great passion in the art of singing.

The Red Cross Youth is a dedicated service program of the Philippine Red Cross for young individuals aged 7-25 years old. It seeks to inculcate humanitarian values, instill the practice of a healthy lifestyle, enhance youth leadership through service delivery, and advocate national/international friendship. The Red Cross Youth Council of PATTS readily respond to any first-aid stations and volunteers for natural calamities that arise in anytime and date of the year.

Social Science Society is a co-curricular organization dedicated to fostering the spirit of responsible citizenship way of thinking. It provides an opportunity for students to learn the basic socially relevant knowledge and skills in and out of the classroom through real-life experiences in order to develop a sense of concern for the common good.
